By means of movie, pictures, audio, films, books, magazines, web
sites, … we record and introduce the sad and brave stories of a
25-year escape - heroic, harzardous - for freedom:
- over 25 refugee camps around Indochina
- over 850,000 boat people resettled
- over 200,000 boat people repatriated
- and over 850,000 boat people lost their lives.
- rape, torture, procecution, being killed, shot, drowning,
starvation, being pulled off shore, …
All not to
recall a sad history nor to raise up a hatred but just to
understand correctly how much a generation had to pay for
freedom and how much they owe the open hearts all over the world
as their own heritage for the offsprings and as a bridge for
their people.
